MyReports is the University provided web environment for retrieving data from the data warehouse.
The MyReports link is located in the MySlice web portal. You must have the appropriate permissions to view and use the MyReports Link.
Your Information Coordinator is the resource who can assist you in gaining the appropriate permissions to use the MyReports link.

Hyperion Performance Suite
Hyperion Performance Suite is the software used to create the MyReports environment. It is supported by the data warehouse group
and is provided to University staff at no charge.
It provides easy and centralized access to information for the entire University. It is comprised of these components:
- Hyperion Intelligence Plugin:The first time you open a query
document in MyReports the Hyperion Intelligence Plugin will be installed
on your PC. It is the software that runs queries and generates the reports
for you to view and or print. For detailed instructions of the plugin installation

- Personal Pages: Your personal page is the starting point for MyReports and allows for the organization of links to favorite reports and personal folders. There is an area for the data warehouse group to post status and informational messages as they occur. Some reports such as Financials Monthly reports are delivered (bursted) directly to your personal folder.
- Report Repository: The Report Repository is the most heavily
used component. This is where queries and reports are created by each functional
area and published by the data warehouse group for campus wide use.

- Department Folders: Department Folders are maintained by individual departments and are for the exclusive use of individuals within that department.
- Job Scheduler: Advanced users can make use the Hyperion
job scheduler to automatically generate and deliver their own reports using
a variety of options. This is most often done in conjunction with a department
folder.
Hyperion Intelligence(non web)
Hyperion Intelligence desktop version can be made available for limited distribution
when there is a specific need not met by the the standard web based version.
Access to Hyperion Intelligence desktop is granted on a case by case basis
only.
