MySlice Portal: Not available during daily maintenance from 6 to 6:15 a.m. seven days
a week and on Sunday from 2 to 2:15 a.m.
Data Warehouse: The system is unavailable between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. Monday through
Friday and after 6 p.m. on Sunday. On weekends, the system is not available until noon on both
Saturday and Sunday.
Financials, Accounting, Budget systems: Available 24 hours a day/seven days a week,
except during the MySlice portal daily maintenance (listed above) and between 2:15 and 3:15 a.m. on Sunday.
HRSA: Available 24 hours a day/seven days a week, except during the MySlice portal
daily maintenance (listed above) and between 2 and 2:45 a.m. on Sunday.
MyReports: MyReports: The system is unavailable between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. seven days
a week and is not available on weekends between midnight Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday.
Self-service systems (listed below): Available 24-hours a day/seven days a week, except
during the MySlice portal daily maintenance listed above, and between 2 and 2:45 a.m. on Sunday.
