Enterprise Process Support (EPS) has two major strategic directions:

• Process Improvement Services: EPS will manage high value enterprise level process improvement projects for academic and administrative departments.
• Project Management Office Services: EPS will become a project management office and have project management capabilities.

EPS has developed supporting processes in each strategic direction. EPS provides consultation and facilitation services for administrative and academic departments.
