ITS provides students who live on and off-campus with a variety of
support options, including online support information, phone
support, and walk-in services in the Student Computing Support Centers.
Opening Week support
Students will receive instructions on how to register their computers on the SU network with
their room key when they check into their residential facility. Most students find the process
of connecting to the SU network easy and do so without any assistance. If problems arise,
ITS consultants will be available in all of SU's residential facilities to assist students
on August 20, 21, and 22. Consultants will be available in the Student Computing Support Centers
and by phone to assist students on Aug. 23 and 24.
